APPLICATION FIELD:

• sasadeep for PES fabrics to meet the demands of deep-dyeing generation which has water-absorbing property

CHARACTERISTICS:

• It keeps the water-absorbing property of the dyed and finished polyester fabric, leading to an excellent hand effect.
• It is recommended to use the pad-dry-cure method for deep- dyeing, but the dipping method can be used as well.
• It has no negative effects on fastness (light, washing, perspiration, chlorine, rubbing
• It has durable fastness to repeated laundering (10 times), keeping its deepening effect and water absorbency

IONICITY:

• weak cationic

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:

• modified aminosilicon resin

APPLICATION & APPLICATION QUANTITIES:

• pick up 70-100 %
• drying: 100-130 °C x 2-4 min.
• curing: 150-180 °C x 230 sec -2min.

Exhaust method:

• 3-5% (o.w.f.), treating for 20 min. at 50-60°C

APPEARANCE:

• transparent emulsion
