APPLICATION FIELD:

  • Silico Soft Macro AS is exclusively suitable as a softener for the impregnation of knitwear

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • high-temperature stability
  • imparts a very soft and dropable handle
  • stable against yellowing until 150°C
  • high emulsion stability
  • improving the wash and wear properties and the crease recovery

IONICITY:

  • cationic / nonionic

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:

  • combination of fatty acid condensation and silicones

APPLICATION & APPLICATION QUANTITIES:

Padding application

  • 5-30 g/l Silico Soft Macro AS
  • pick-up: 60-80 %
  • condensation: 150°C, 3 min.
    Exhaust method
  • 1-3% Silico Soft Macro AS
  • treatment at 40-50 [°C], 15-20 [min.]

APPEARANCE:

  • milky emulsion
