APPLICATION FIELD:

  • cationic softener (flakes) for all kinds of fibers especially for acrylic fiber

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • excellent soft and smooth touch
  • free from yellowing up to 100 °C
  • very good antistatic effect
  • very good raising agent for acrylic fiber
  • not bad influence on the color shade and fastness
  • soluble in cold water

IONICITY:

  • cationic

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:

  • fatty acid amid condensation product

APPLICATION & APPLICATION QUANTITIES:

  • dilute method :
  • if the treating goods is acrylic fiber, SASAFLAKES K 500 N can be added directly to the exhausted dyebath – put SASAFLAKES K 500 N into 30-40 [°C] water then gradually stirring it until completely dissolved; usually the percentage of stock solution is 10 -15 %
