APPLICATION FIELD:

• Cationic softener (flakes) for all kinds of fibers especially for acrylic fiber

CHARACTERISTICS:

• excellent soft and smooth touch
• free from yellowing up to 100 ^o C
• very good antistatic effect
• very good raising agent for acrylic fiber
• not bad influence on the color shade and fastness

IONICITY:

• cationic

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:

• fatty acid amid condensation product

APPLICATION & APPLICATION QUANTITIES:

dilute method :

• if the treating good is acrylic fiber, SASAFLAKES K 500 can be added directly to the exhausted dyebath
• to put SASAFLAKES K 500 into cold water, raising the temperature up to 80 ^o C then gradually stirring it until completely dissolved; usually the percentage of stock solution is 10-15 %
