APPLICATION FIELD:

  • Sasaspin BCF for polypropylene BCF and CF yarns
  • Sasaspin BCF suitable for natural white and solution dyed filaments
  • Sasaspin BCF shows very good performances in heat setting and twisting

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • well-balanced friction coefficients
  • excellent thermo stability
  • good filament cohesion
  • good antistatic properties
  • pH (10%) : 7 + 1
  • can be removed easily with water
  • anionic-nonionic

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:

  • mixture of heat-resistant lubricants, nonionic emulsifiers and special antistatic agents

APPLICATION & APPLICATION QUANTITIES:

  • Sasaspin BCF is to be applied either as NEAT OIL or as an aqueous emulsion at the take-up unit
  • concentration of emulsion: approx.10 – 20%
  • oil pick-up: 0.80 – 1.40 %
  • to prepare the emulsion Sasaspin BCF is slowly stirred into the required quantity of demineralised water of 20 – 30 °C.

APPEARANCE:

  • yellowish clear liquid
