APPLICATION FIELD:

  • Sasaspin PES for soft-touch PES

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • no foaming, stable in hard water, stable in acid and alkaline baths
  • it will prevent damages and breakings on fiber-fiber and fiber-metal
  • surfaces by reducing the friction coefficient
  • a special Sasaspin, improved to be used in continuous production of PES
  • filament yarn or staple
  • stable at high temperatures, will not cause deposit and dirt on texturized
  • yarns
  • will not affect the yarn color for sure
  • prevents the static electricity build-up in spinning
  • creates a rapid and uniform film layer on PES fibers after the process
  • pH (10%): ~ 7
  • viscosity at 20oC : ~ 70-75 mpas
  • active matter: 60-70%

IONICITY:

  • anionic-nonionic

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:

  • compound of fatty acid ester and antistatic

APPLICATION & APPLICATION QUANTITIES:

  • Sasaspin PES can be used in neat oil- or solution
  • for preparing a spin finish solution, only demineralized water should be used

APPEARANCE:

  • yellowish liquid
